A bigger accomplishment than first meets the eye. This is the kind of book that eludes museum publishers usually. Every time I look it at it I see its flaws, but I also remember what a triumph it was to finally bring it to life. Makes me miss my former editor Claire Crighton, who began as an intern on the project and ended up as one of the editors (in that technical sense - I still get to be called the editor).
